At Alvarez Western Wear we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your online purchase. We want you to enjoy wearing your new cowboy boots, cowboy pants, cowboy shirts with your new cowboy hat, all at once if you so please.

But in the event that you are not completely happy with your new cowboy shirt, you can return it as long as the following conditions have been meet.

  • Item must be return in original packaging: box and/or bag
  • Item must be new and unworn
  • Item must contain tags: removed tags will be considered a worn item
  • Item did not fit: too small – too big
  • Received wrong item
  • Received item damaged
  • Items that show clear wear cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Item must be returned within two weeks of purchase

Items being returned will only receive store credit for a future purchase or can be exchanged for another item of equal value.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping returns.
